1 General Terms

Heybaji live (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online Sports Betting and casino service provider. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between heybaji live and its members. By registering, accessing, or using any service on the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Heybaji live is operated for users in Bangladesh, with all services available in English. We believe in full transparency, which is why every term and condition is presented in plain, easy-to-understand language.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on heybaji live. We may request identity verification at any time. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may only hold one heybaji live account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be suspended.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Opening an account with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Correct date of birth

2.4 Account Security

Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact heybaji live support immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal

3.1 Deposit Policy

You can deposit on heybaji live via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳300. Funds are typically credited to your account within 5–10 minutes.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit
• If wagering requirements are not met, only the original deposit may be withdrawn

4 Betting Rules

4.1 Bet Acceptance

Heybaji live settles all sports and casino bets in accordance with standard market rules. Once a bet is accepted, it will be settled at the odds agreed at the time of placement, regardless of any subsequent changes.

4.2 If an Event is Cancelled

If an event or match is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded. If a match is abandoned mid-way, settlement will follow the applicable rules.

4.3 Maximum Bet Limit

Maximum bet limits apply to each market and event. Bets exceeding the set limit cannot be accepted. Higher limits are available for VIP members.

4.4 Technical Errors

Heybaji live reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from pricing errors or technical issues.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions on heybaji live are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you automatically agree to the associated terms.

• Wagering requirements vary by bonus (1x to 5x)
• Bonuses not used within the validity period will expire
• Only one bonus applies per deposit
• Some bonuses are restricted to specific games

5.2 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of receiving the bonus. Any unused bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If heybaji live detects abuse of the bonus system — such as hedging bets or low-risk betting strategies — it reserves the right to void the bonus.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on heybaji live:

• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting
• Operating multiple accounts
• Use of third-party funds
• Betting via bots or automated software
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds
• Harassment or fraud against other members

7 Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Self-Closure by Member

Any member can close their own account. You can contact support to request a permanent or temporary closure. We actively encourage this as part of responsible gaming.

7.2 Closure by heybaji live

Heybaji live may close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms
• Evidence of fraud
• KYC verification failure
• Extended inactivity (more than 18 months)
• Legal or regulatory reasons

7.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account will be marked inactive after 12 months of no activity. After 18 months, a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 will be deducted from the inactive account.

8 Limitation of Liability

Heybaji live is not liable for losses arising from external factors such as internet outages, server issues, or third-party errors. Where bets are lost due to technical issues, heybaji live will take reasonable steps to investigate and resolve the matter.

Participation in Sports Betting and casino games is entirely at your own risk. heybaji live accepts no liability for any financial losses resulting from betting activity.

9 Privacy & Data Usage

Heybaji live is committed to protecting your personal information. Data collected at registration is used solely to provide services and ensure security.

• Your data is never sold to third parties
• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law
• Consent is obtained before sending marketing emails
• You can request deletion of your data at any time

10 Terms & Conditions Changes and Updates

Heybaji live reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
